The Hale Koa Hotel is one of the nicest hotels in the heart of Waikiki. It is a military hotel, which means that only military members can reserve rooms at the hotel. Hale Koa means “House of the Warrior” in Hawaiian, which is a perfect name for a military hotel, where our service personnel are indeed warriors.

Also, please let us know if you are willing to book extra rooms so that other attendees and speakers can stay at the Hale Koa.
We suggest that if you are not military, you stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort. This hotel is directly next to the Hale Koa, and has a large and extensive grounds. Please see below for hotel contact information, et cetera.
A few students have let us know that they would prefer to stay at the Otani Kaimana Beach Hotel, where World Congress was held last year. We have included their contact information below as well, but please make your own transportation plans to the Hale Koa Hotel, as needed.
